We have numerous sites, so we need to know which site your ordered from, approximately the day and time and any details about the problem you encountered. Please tell us your first and last name, as well as the email address you used when you ordered. All "in print" orders from Lulu are under their system. We have no information about and cannot help you with any materials ordered from them. We take customer service very seriously, but please remember we are a small company and cannot staff our customer service system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We try very hard to answer all customer service requests within 24 hours.
